Pricing
The webshop side has a list price: one subscription per shop, with a one-off onboarding, and a fixed amount because it is an installation rather than an integration project billed by the hour. The ERP side goes on quotation, because no two ERP installations are alike enough to put a price on. Neither side has a per-order fee or a percentage of what you sell: what you pay does not change because you had a good month.
E-commerce, on pCon.ui
Priced per shop, because that is the thing that generates the work and the support.
ERP, on pCon.basket
On quotation rather than on a price list. The two amounts below are floors: never less, and higher where your installation asks for more.
Four things worth knowing before you compare this with anything else.
That is the billable unit, not the number of keys and not the number of products. A key is bound to the domain it was issued for, so a second shop needs a second key and shows up as a second connection. On the ERP side a connection is one installation, and the quote says what it covers.
As long as they are labelled as such. You should not have to choose between testing an upgrade properly and keeping the bill down.
Paying yearly is the same price as ten monthly payments. There is no quarterly plan, because the admin of it costs more than it saves anyone.
You hold that with EasternGraphics or their distributor, and it is a separate bill. We build and run the integration layer, we do not resell licences.
There is no trial period, and that is deliberate. This is a service with an implementation behind it, not an app you switch on: a free fortnight would end with a shop that has no catalogue in it and no domain approved by EasternGraphics, which proves nothing to either of us. What is free is the question that actually decides everything, namely whether your manufacturers publish OFML data at all. Ask us that first.
And they exclude the pCon licence you hold yourself. If something here does not fit how you are organised, say so in the intake and we will tell you straight whether it can be arranged.
