pconnector is not an EasternGraphics product and we are not their official partner or a certified reseller. We built a layer on top of pCon the way anyone may, using the interfaces they publish.

Who builds this
pconnector is a product of BEWISE Solutions. We build the layer between pCon and the system a furniture dealer already runs, and we do not sell anything else. If you are about to put a connection in front of your customers, you should know who is behind it.
What we do
European furniture manufacturers already publish their ranges as OFML data, with the option logic, the dependencies and the prices in it. That data is usually rebuilt by hand in the shop and typed over again in the quotation. We built the connector that makes the original usable in both places, and an adapter per platform on top of it.
Four adapters run today: WooCommerce, Magento 2 and Shopware 6 on the webshop side, Odoo on the ERP side. They share one connector and one gate, which is why a fifth is an adapter and not a project. What each of them does is onthe webshop page andthe ERP page.

You deal with the people who wrote the code. There is no account manager layer, no ticket queue and no first line that forwards your question to someone who knows.
