Privacy

This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party. The only personal data that reaches us is what you type into the intake form. This page says exactly what happens to it.

Who is responsible

pconnector is a product of BEWISE Solutions, [vestigingsadres], Chamber of Commerce [KvK-nummer], VAT [btw-nummer]. For anything on this page, write toinfo@bewisesolutions.com. A person reads it.

What this website collects

Nothing, automatically. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded video. The site sets no cookies of its own and asks for no consent, because there is nothing to consent to. The typeface is served from this domain rather than from a font service, so visiting a page contacts no one but us.

The web server keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser's user agent. We use them to see whether the site is up and to recognise abuse, never to build a profile. They are kept for [bewaartermijn serverlogs].

One exception worth knowing. The configurator you see on a customer's shop is not this website. It is served by EasternGraphics and follows their terms on that shop's own domain. What this page describes is pconnector.eu.

What the intake form collects

The form on the contact page asks for your name, your company, your email address, the address of your shop or ERP, whether you already work with pCon, which platform you run, which brands you sell and anything else you want to add. Six of those are required, because without them we cannot tell you whether we can help.

What you send goes to our own application onpconnect.bewisecommerce.com, hosted in the Netherlands. It is not routed through a form service, a marketing platform or a chat tool. The confirmation message you receive is sent through Brevo, our mail provider.

Why we are allowed to

For the intake form: you asked us a commercial question, so processing it is what the GDPR calls taking steps at your request before entering a contract (article 6, paragraph 1, under b). For the server logs: our own legitimate interest in a site that works and is not being abused (article 6, paragraph 1, under f).

We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. There is no newsletter, no remarketing list, and we do not sell or share data with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

An intake that does not lead anywhere is kept for [bewaartermijn intakegegevens] and then deleted. If it becomes a quotation or a customer relationship, the records that belong to that relationship are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep an administration, which in the Netherlands is seven years for anything with a financial side to it.

You can ask us to delete your intake earlier. We will, and we will say so.

Who else sees it

  • Brevo, for sending the confirmation message and any reply by email. They process it on our instructions and under their own data protection terms.
  • Our hosting provider, which runs the server the site and the application sit on, both inside the European Union.

That is the whole list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, and no transfer outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have the processing limited, get a copy in a portable form, or object to it. Write toinfo@bewisesolutions.com and you get an answer within a month, usually much sooner. We may ask one question back to be sure we are talking to the right person, and nothing more than that.

If you think we are handling this badly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. We would rather you told us first, but it is your right either way.

If you are a customer

A running connection is a different situation from a visit to this site. The connector reads manufacturer catalogues and passes configurations between your shop or ERP and pCon; in doing so it can touch data about your customers, for example in an order line. There we act on your instructions, which makes you the controller and us the processor.

A data processing agreement covering that: [wel of geen verwerkersovereenkomst]. What the connection itself does with data, and which part of it never reaches a browser, is written out inthe concepts page.

Changes to this page

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes too. There is no version history here, so if you need the wording you agreed to at a given moment, ask us and we will send it.
